- the name/address details and/or the amount shown is/are incorrect
- you are not the person legally responsible for the debt
- you have a valid reason for dispute (we will need details)
If you intend to pay but can’t pay in full;
You can speak to one of our collection agents for help and advice to discuss the possibility of paying by regular instalments (you will be asked to provide a full means statement of your income and expenditure in order to set the arrangement)
